Key Responsibilities
Diverse Sourcing : Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles spanning all business units, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and IT, in addition to high-volume frontline and retail roles.
Consultation & Strategy : Partner closely with hiring managers across all departments to understand their unique needs, define role requirements, and develop effective, tailored sourcing and hiring strategies.
Candidate Management : Manage a robust pipeline of candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from application to offer negotiation and acceptance.
Assessment & Selection : Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and evaluation of candidates to ensure cultural fit and technical competencies align with departmental requirements.
Volume Recruitment : Develop and execute specialized sourcing campaigns (e.g., job fairs, community partnerships, social media) to consistently meet the high-demand staffing needs of retail and frontline operations.
Speed and Quality : Drive efficiency in the high-volume process to reduce time-to-hire while maintaining the quality of hires for customer-facing positions.
Strategic Vendor List : Maintain and optimize the preferred list of external recruitment agencies, temporary staffing firms, and specialized headhunters.
Performance Evaluation : Monitor, evaluate, and report on vendor performance against contractual KPIs and SLAs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of service.
Relationship Oversight : Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, managing contracts, fees, and ensuring strict adherence to company hiring standards and legal compliance.
Process Optimization : Continuously review and improve recruitment processes and tools (especially the ATS) to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reporting capabilities for all types of hiring.
Reporting : Utilize recruitment data to provide regular reporting on key metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source-of-hire, diversity statistics) to inform management decisions.
Compliance : Ensure all recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications
Experience : 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience, including significant experience managing both high-volume / frontline and specialized corporate / professional hiring.
Vendor Management : Proven track record of successfully managing relationships and performance of third-party recruitment agencies and staffing vendors.
Technical Skills : various sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet and etc).
Skills : Exceptional communication, consultation, negotiation, and influencing skills to effectively partner with diverse hiring managers and external vendors.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Language Proficiency : Able to converse in English, Malay and Mandarin will be added advantage.
