Responsibilities
Convert customer orders into production schedules and inform supervisor of any urgent or short lead‑time orders.Record production confirmation in SAP whenever materials are issued to production.Update the production master plan daily and ensure production capacity are well planned at zero balance.Prepare and maintain the Raw Material Planning table; report any discrepancies to the supervisor.Follow up with the production team to ensure delivery dates are met.Clear system errors related to production material postings in SAP on a daily basis.Verify raw materials issued to production match BOM usage and ensure no excess quantity is issued.Check that goods received match the Delivery Order (DO), Invoice, and Purchase Order (PO); report any mismatches.Ensure all documents (Production Schedule and DO) are properly filed and labeled.Carry out other administrative duties as assigned by the company.Qualifications
Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.1–2 years of working experience in an office or clerical role (experience in manufacturing is a plus).Knowledge of SAP and willingness to learn.Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).#J-18808-Ljbffr
