Overview
We are looking for a Storekeeper & Social Media Assistant to join our team at GM Plaza, KL!
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, hands-on with store operations, and also creative in handling social media platforms to boost our brand presence.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in-store and provide excellent service
- Handle daily sales, cashiering, and stock arrangement
- Ensure the shop is neat, organized, and welcoming
- Monitor inventory and assist in stock replenishment
- Support in creating and posting content on company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Assist in running promotional campaigns and product highlights online
- Engage with followers, respond to comments / messages, and maintain brand image
- Capture photos / videos of products for online posting
