Key Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative work for Airbnb / short-stay properties.
Update booking calendars, maintain accurate unit availability, and ensure details are always up to date.
Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and vendors when needed.
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as bill tracking, payment records, and simple data entry.
Organise receipts, documents, and monthly reports.
Support check-in / check-out arrangements (admin side, not onsite).
Communicate with team members for unit-related updates.
Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
