Site Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Supervising Construction : Overseeing construction activities, ensuring adherence to technical designs, project schedules, and budget constraints.
• Technical Expertise : Applying technical knowledge to set out, level, and survey locations, as well as ensuring materials meet specifications
• Problem-Solving : Addressing technical issues and providing solutions on site.
• Documentation : Preparing site reports, logging progress, and maintaining accurate records
• Stakeholder Communication : Collaborating with project managers, supervisors, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Coordination : Coordinating resources, workforce, and subcontractors.
• Monitoring progress : Tracking construction progress against the project schedule.
• Material selection and requisition : Ensuring materials meet project specifications and are delivered on time.
• Subcontractor coordination : Managing subcontractors and ensuring their work aligns with project requirements.
• Reporting : Preparing detailed site reports and documentation.
• Liaising with stakeholders : Communicating with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
