About Our Client This company is one of the largest PCBA tooling manufacturers, provide high-quality engineering solutions, including product design, process development, and quality assurance across various industries. This company is currently undergoing a factory expansion, and is looking for a Plant Manager to oversee the day to day operations in the current plant

The Job Description

Manage all plant operations, ensuring production goals are met efficiently and safely.

Oversee inventory, supply chain, and resource allocation to optimize productivity.

Implement and maintain quality control standards to meet industry and client expectations.

Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Lead and mentor teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Analyze operational data to identify trends and drive strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with other departments to align plant operations with overall company goals.

The Successful Applicant

Experience working in the contract manufacturing industry

Process development / Engineering experience preferred

Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing Processes / Toyota Production System Methodologies (5s, Gemba walks, Six Sigma, reduction of waste (Muda, Muri, Mura), Kanban, SMED)

Supervisor / Management Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required

Experienced with metal (stainless steel, titanium, aluminum) and plastics machining preferred

Knowledgeable of CNC machine tools is preferred but not required

Education : Bachelor\'s degree in Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering (preferred). Equivalent work experience will be considered.

Five or more years of progressively complex technical experience involving the latest state-of-the-art applications and techniques in production and project management experience. Three or more years of supervisory experience (Preferred).
