What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Shopee (CPAS), and TikTok Shop Ads .
- Monitor daily campaign performance to improve ROI, CTR, Add-to-Cart Rate, and Conversion Rate .
- Conduct A / B tests on creatives, audiences, and ad placements to identify top-performing combinations.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad visuals and copy.
- Analyse campaign data, generate reports, and present actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to maximise performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and creative strategies on TikTok and Meta.
- Work cross-functionally with the sales, content, and operations teams to align paid campaigns with overall marketing goals.
- Experiment, learn fast, and scale what works — own the online revenue performance end-to-end.
