Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Passionate about the experience in new-retail.
E-commerce, Merchant Management Executive
Key Duties :
- Pitch and strategic partnership with Merchants and manage the tenants' performance.
- Review Merchants' product assortment and drive participation in both online and offline campaigns and events with curated SKUs and deals.
- Review and analyze merchants' performance and grow product assortment with updated new products or exclusive deals to drive revenue to achieve KPIs.
- Address merchants' concerns / issues in operations and administrate and maintain platform and develop new plans / ideas development.
- Assist on Customer Service and / or any duties as in when required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by superior.
