Job Overview

Join Enovix Corporation as a Principal Process Integration Engineer (Z3).

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams of process engineers, mechanical engineers, and test engineers to develop materials, processes, and tooling for next-generation cell designs.
  • Technology and process transfer from low volume to high volume production.
  • Owner for process integration experiments including DOE planning, execution, and analysis.
  • Drive root cause analysis of process integration issues.
  • Develop SPC and characterize Process Capabilities (Cpk’s).
  • Create and maintain project plans and drive projects to completion.

Qualifications

  • BS in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field with 5+ years of industry experience. MS or PhD with 2+ years of industry experience preferred.
  • A proven track-record of process integration in the scale-up to high-volume manufacturing is preferred.
  • Experience in design, development, and manufacturing of Li-Ion batteries is preferred.
  • Demonstrated technical program management skills such as meeting deadlines and milestones as well as excellent communication skills such as summarizing data and writing reports.
  • Demonstrated capability to effectively analyze process data and extract / summarize meaningful information.
  • Familiarity with SPC, DOE, FMEA, and 8D methodologies.
  • Fluent in English. Can effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues around the world.
