• Job Description :
• Accurate tracking of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Monitoring correct packings methods include materials to be used (bubble wrap, foam, etc.), box sizes, pallet sizes and labeling requirements.
• Use digital packing systems (like barcode scanning) that require confirmation at each step.
• Consistently conduct quality checks on packed orders before shipping to customers.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies.
• Schedule maintenance and repairs for warehouse / store equipments and facilities.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards throughout the warehouse / store.
• Ensure all shipments are accurately documented and processed, practice good collaboration with logistic team, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Job Requirements :
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in warehouse / store operations, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, inventory systems, etc.).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items when required (forklift / stacker driving skills will be an added advantage).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
