This is a critical role that ensures the smooth operation of our inventory and administrative functions. We need someone who is hands-on, meticulous, and ready to contribute from day one.
Key Responsibilities :
- Inventory Management : Manage, pack, and post customer orders accurately and on time.
- Stock Control : Conduct daily stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Administrative Support : Assist with general administrative tasks to support the team's operational needs.
- Financial Administration : Process invoices and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Data & Record-Keeping : Perform data entry and record-keeping using Autocount software.
Requirements
At least 1 year of relevant experience in inventory management, administration, or a similar role.Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer applications.Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.A positive attitude and a proactive approach to work.Company will be relocating to Rimbayu, Teluk Panglima Garang in January 2026.#J-18808-Ljbffr
