Responsibilities

• Leads the design and development of new product / process technology.
• Candidate will be responsible for developing microwave / Millimeterwave test accessories (e.g. mixers, solid state switches, amplifiers, noise source, etc.) for launch as trade products and contribute to the growth of the business.
• During product development, performance goals, cost goals and project schedule must be met.
• Candidate is highly encouraged to periodically publish (internal and / or external) technical paper or application notes related to the products being developed.
• Uses product and customer applications knowledge to determine, define, develop and validate design concepts and methods.
