Associate - Compliance, 12 Month Contract (Hong Kong Market) - Mandarin Speaking at AIA Shared Services
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the team processes all compliance screening outsourced to the department according to the agreed Standard Operating Procedure and guidelines.
- Assist in the implementation of an effective Anti-Money Laundering (AML) framework to ensure compliance with AML regulations and Group Compliance policies.
- Carry out screening and reviewing activities to ensure compliance with regulatory and AIA HK requirements and to reduce reputational, legal and financial risk.
- Provide support to liaise with the Hong Kong team and ensure their requests and queries are promptly responded.
- Assist to oversee the operations team in the OSS office and ensure they are well-coordinated; issues are promptly escalated to key management where appropriate.
- Ensure tasks assigned are processed accurately with prudent risk assessment within the agreed TAT and quality as documented in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the business partner.
