Job Summary :

The role focuses on driving strategic business growth through a blend of market development, technology alignment, and ecosystem engagement.

Key Areas :

• Strategic Business Development
• Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue goals.
• Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, building customer pipelines, managing partnerships, delivering technical-commercial proposals, and negotiating deals.
• Technology and NPI Readiness
• Work closely with engineering and technology teams to align products with market needs.
• Lead feasibility studies, define qualification and yield milestones for new product introductions, and ensure smooth ramp-up from development to mass production.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to identify growth areas.
• Represent the company at key industry events and contribute thought leadership through white papers and technical content.
