Job Summary :
Responsible for managing assigned projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion. Coordinates fit-out teams, draughtsman, contractors, landlords, local authorities, architects, and suppliers. Handles resource allocation, risk management, and performance evaluation. Oversees project execution, ensuring quality and compliance while liaising with various departments and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Developing project plans, outlining the tasks, timeline and resources required for successful project completion.
- Engaging with stakeholders, external parties and team member to gather requirement, provide updates and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing project budgets, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring that the project stay within financial constraints.
- Identify potential risks and issues, creating mitigation strategies and problem-solving to keep the project on track.
- Ensuring the project deliverables meet the required quality standards and that project objectives align with the organization’s goal.
- Generating regular progress reports, documenting project activities, decisions, and outcomes for future reference and analysis.

Diploma or Degree Holder in Architecture, Project Management or related fieldExperience in retail project managementAble to liaise with contractor, designer, architect, local authorityIdeally to have design background in merchandising or interior design with knowledge of design software (AutoCad)Willing to travel to site if requiredSeniority Level
