Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager (Licensing & Compliance) to oversee regulatory and business licensing projects across Malaysia. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end compliance processes, ensuring that businesses meet government regulations, secure necessary permits, and mitigate compliance risks.

The Project Manager will work closely with clients, government agencies, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and ensure efficient approvals. This role requires strong project management expertise, regulatory knowledge, and problem-solving skills to deliver seamless licensing and compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As the Project Manager , you will oversee and execute projects related to business licensing, permits, and regulatory compliance. This includes :

• Lead multiple licensing and compliance projects from start to finish.
• Develop and execute project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide expert consultation to clients on government regulations and business requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any challenges that arise.
• Assist clients in identifying necessary licenses and permits for their business operations.
• Guide businesses on regulatory requirements to avoid fines, legal issues, or operational delays.
• Prepare and submit licensing applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Keep track of regulatory changes and inform clients of updated requirements.
• Work closely with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.
• Address compliance-related inquiries and follow up on licensing approvals.
• Advocate on behalf of clients to expedite application processes.
• Identify potential compliance risks in business operations and recommend solutions.
• Develop internal workflows and best practices to streamline licensing processes.
• Utilize digital tools for efficient tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Ensure that all applications, approvals, and legal documents are properly completed and submitted.
• Maintain detailed records of licensing projects, timelines, and government interactions.
