Your Role
- Overall responsibility for the commercial and operational management of FPSO projects
- Ensure seamless interface and execution between BWS clients for efficient project delivery
- Review and enhance existing operational processes and procedures for improved efficiency
- Lead and mentor the project team, providing guidance and support
- Bid for new tenders and RFPs issued by clients to expand business opportunities
- Monitor and manage the profit and loss (P&L) of projects
- Lead, train and mentor team members by providing guidance to enhance their skills and performance
- Handle logistics for projects and regular shipments, including coordination of road, air, sea, or other transportation methods
- Manage quoting, organizing, billing, documentation, and execution of shipments from door to door
- Analyze the schedule, quality, and performance of subcontractors and suppliers
- Assess the performance of suppliers and subcontractors to ensure high-quality services
- Adhere to ISO and OHSAS standards and guidelines provided by the company
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and promote a safe working environment for all team members
- Continuously work towards reducing the environmental impact of projects based on defined targets
- Estimate and project financial developments to ensure financial viability of projects
- Provide monthly reports to management regarding project status and financial performance
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to support company growth
- Contribute to the development and documentation of E&P processes, including Management of Change
- Ensure sufficient and appropriate resources are available in the operational team to meet project requirements
Your Background
