Job Description :
Respond to customer calls and provide assistance regarding telco services.
Resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
Requirements :
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).
Fluency in Mandarin to handle Mandarin-speaking customers is an advantage.
Good communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented, patient, and positive attitude.
Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
