Penerangan pekerjaanRegularly clean and maintain the vehicle to ensure it remains in pristine condition. Monitor the vehicle’s maintenance schedule and coordinate servicing, repairs, and inspections as needed. Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the President’s personal and professional affairs. Exhibit professional and respectful communication with the President and all passengers. Perform office-related administrative tasks, including preparing and distributing correspondence, memos, and reports. Serve as a runner for personal and business errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning pickup / drop-off, and other necessary tasks. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required. Assist with special projects and provide support to other team members as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the President. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a Corporate Driver, or similar role. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required. Knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and navigation apps. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to safety. Ability to follow instructions and company policies. Honesty and integrity in all aspects of the job. Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Willingness to work extra hours, weekends, and public holidays. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. We are seeking a professional and reliable Corporate Driver to provide safe, efficient, and high-quality transportation services for the President. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure transport of the President while also assisting with various administrative and personal errands.
Managing day-to-day office activities, coordinating events, and assisting in various administrative tasks to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the company.

Transportation & Safety
- Safely operate the President’s vehicle, ensuring strict adherence to traffic laws and regulations.
- Plan and navigate efficient routes, considering traffic conditions, road closures, and scheduling constraints.
- Assist the President with entering and exiting the vehicle, as well as loading and unloading belongings or packages.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness to ensure the President’s security and safety at all times.
- Remain flexible and adaptable to schedule changes and accommodate special travel requests as required.
