Technician - Property Management (Klang Valley)

Responsibilities :

Responsible to ensure all Electrical equipment and appliances is in safe and good working condition.

To ensure all electrical DB's , Riser room, MSB Room are well maintain.

To check ensure all fire fighting system , pumps, wet riser, smoke detector and its installation are in good condition.

To ensure all checklist for preventive maintenance and schedule maintenance are updated and attended.

Monitoring BAS system.

To ensure all work order are keyed in to CMMS (PMWO and CMWO).

Knowledge in plumbing , piping installation and maintenance.

To ensure all ACMV system is in running and good condition. To check modulating valve, supply and return air temp.

To attend to tenant request (eSR).

Qualifications :

• Minimum diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certification or vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical / facility management role in property management, preferably in high-rise residential buildings.
• Familiarity with high-rise building safety codes and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
