Overview
Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling all project elements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing and planning the construction project and check progress and activities in order.
- Managing the supervisors and to resolve site construction problems and making decision.
- Plan and strategize on the manpower resources.
- Ensure that all site progress and interim collection are as per scheduled.
- Controlling the cost of the materials and labour.
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes, to ensure BOQ and material usage falls within the allocated budget.
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time.
Requirements
Experience in Solar Industry will be an advantage.Good in liaison with TNB.Hardworking, versatile, discipline, self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills, fast learner, mature and responsible.Analytical, able to work independently and handle multi-tasking.Able to and is willing to work outstation.Possess good communication skills.Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience in related field.Equivalent experience & knowledge in Photovoltaic industry.Knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant CAD software.To have sufficient knowledge on planning Bill of Materials for solar related projects.Unlock job insights
