URGENT HIRING : Finance Assistant Manager

Sri Bestari International School, a proud subsidiary of Land & General Berhad, is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Finance Assistant Manager to join our team immediately.

This is a key leadership-support role that will work directly with the Principal to manage and strengthen the school's financial operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accountability across all functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily finance operations (AP, AR, reconciliations, reporting).
Prepare accurate and timely monthly / annual financial statements.
Monitor and control budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
Ensure full compliance with audit, tax, and statutory requirements.
Work closely with the Principal on financial planning and decision-making.
Supervise and manage finance staff.

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years' experience in finance, preferably in private / international schools.

Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent (professional qualifications are a plus).

Strong financial analysis, reporting, and organizational skills.

High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Immediate availability is highly preferred.
