Job Title : Sales Consultant
Role Summary
The Sales Consultant is responsible for managing the full patient journey from first contact to post-treatment follow-up, while driving clinic revenue through effective sales strategies. This role blends patient care consulting with sales performance, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service while the clinic meets its sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly individual sales targets (treatment packages, product sales, and renewals).
- Convert new leads (walk-ins, social media, referrals, and events) into paying clients.
- Proactively seek new business through personal networks, referrals, and client recommendations.
- Maximise revenue per client through upselling, cross-selling, and package renewals.
2. Lead Management & Conversion
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or social media.Maintain accurate lead tracking in the clinic system, including source and conversion status.Follow up on prospective clients until conversion or closure.3. Patient Care Consultant Duties
Greet and welcome new clients to the clinic, ensuring a premium service experience.Conduct pre-consultation discussions to understand client needs, history, and goals.Support the doctor during consultations by documenting treatment plans and pricing.Explain treatment recommendations, package options, and financing / BNPL options clearly to clients.Address client concerns professionally to facilitate decision-making and sales closure.4. Client Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.Follow up on treatment progress, satisfaction, and aftercare.Keep clients informed about relevant promotions, new services, and exclusive offers.Manage VVIP clients with the highest level of confidentiality and personalised care.5. Team Collaboration
Work closely with doctors and therapists to ensure smooth client handover and treatment flow.Provide feedback to management on client trends, service improvements, and promotional ideas.6. Sales Administration
Prepare treatment quotations and package proposals.Ensure all sales are properly recorded in the clinic's system with accurate payment and package utilisation records.Assist in planning and executing marketing events, workshops, and patient engagement activities.KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Monthly / Quarterly sales target achievement (% of goal).Number of new client conversions.Package renewal rate.Average revenue per client.Client retention and repeat visit rate.Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field (beauty / aesthetic background preferred).Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in aesthetic, beauty, or wellness industry.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Target-driven and results-oriented, with a strong sense of professionalism.Ability to build trust and rapport with clients quickly.Well-groomed and confident in a premium service environment.Compensation & Benefits
