Job Description

• Responsible in develop and implement data science capabilities and models that support business objectives, including segmentation, profiling, identify quality leads, next best offer, etc.
• Apply predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical techniques to solve complex business problems, enhance operational processes, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Lead data science initiatives from ideation to deployment, including business case identification, requirements gathering, assessment, solution design, development, testing, implementation, performance tracking, and automation.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT and other functional teams in a dynamic environment to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
• Write SQL scripts to integrate and transform data from multiple sources, to perform data-mining and extraction for ad-hoc analytics requests such as business performance insights and regulatory reporting.
• Develop comprehensive, timely and accurate analysis, and presentations by using analytical and visualization software to communicate insights and recommendation to stakeholders.
• Analyze complex datasets using statistical tools and techniques to identify trends, correlations and patterns that inform business decisions.
• Practice discipline in progress tracking, attentive communication & collaboration, documentation and building sustainable & scalable solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science and analytics.
