Clearance Broker Associate

Clearance & Brokerage Operations; Clearance Regulatory

Key responsibilities :

• Custom Clearance Operations : Through internal tech systems, provide clearance operations support between customers and regulators based in EU / SG.
• EU / SG Law & Trade Compliance :   Execute accurate import and export processes according to the EU / SG law (fret not, training is provided!).
• Solve Shipment Problems : Identify issues as they arise and use logical judgment to resolve them.
• Any other job-related tasks assigned by the manager.
