Penerangan pekerjaanExperienced Professional : Minimum 5 years of hands-on Digital Marketing and SEO experience, ideally in a fast-paced digital or eCommerce environment. SEO Expert : Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry trends. Tool Proficiency : Skilled in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. Technical Skills : Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow. Project Management : Experience with website migrations, international SEO, and technical audits. Analytical Thinker : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-informed decisions. Communicator : Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Language Skills : Proficiency in speaking and writing English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and optimize content for various markets. What you'll be doing?
- Strategic Planning : Formulate phased SEO strategies aligned with overall operational goals for the SEO platform and official website.
- Content Optimization : Conduct comprehensive industry analysis to improve content quality and increase page views through data-driven insights.
- Technical SEO : Oversee internal optimization of the SEO platform and website, including site structure, content, keywords, and internal links.
- Search Engine Expertise : Utilize your knowledge of search engine algorithms to improve rankings and boost overall site traffic.
- Competitive Analysis : Monitor and research SEO strategies of industry competitors to propose content and structural improvements.
- Link Building : Enhance website authority by exploring high-quality external links and establishing standardized processes for link acquisition.
- On-page and Off-page SEO : Create and maintain off-site links while executing internal website optimization tasks.
