Senior Accounts Executive

What you'll be doing?

Manage Transactions : Handle large volumes of sales transactions and client settlements in compliance with internal financial policies and regulatory requirements.

Financial Management : Manage daily financial transactions including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP) and journal entries.

Customer Support : Assist customers with invoicing and billing requirements.

Financial Reporting : Prepare financial documents to ensure completeness, accuracy and adherence to accounting principles (MFRS).

Closing Activities : Assist in monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities.

Reconciliation : Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies promptly.

Cash Flow Management : Assist in cash flow monitoring and forecasting to support operational and investment decisions.

Audit Support : Collaborate with auditors and tax consultants to support audits and tax submissions.

Process Improvement : Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency and internal control.

Who are they looking for?

Education : Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Accounting and Finance, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the financial services industry.

Skills : Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills in English.

Certifications : Professional accounting certification (CGMA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred.

Team Player : A team player who is dynamic, independent, and able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.
