Job Description Our client is a financial services company from the US. Operating in more than 75 countries around the world and processing billions of transactions each year.

Job Responsibilities

Soliciting clients requirements and perform impact analysis.

Develop and test configuration scripts as per client requirements.

Perform software design and development as per specifications.

Perform unit testing and peer code review to ensure quality of deliverables.

Provide support to various testing phases - Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Test (UAT), System Integration Test, Regression Test, Performance Test, etc.

Provide client training as required.

Provide support and guidance to other team members, remotely or in-office, when required.

Additional work outside regularly scheduled / normal business hours may be required.

As a Project Lead, plan, monitor and track the progress and quality of the deliverables for the entire project team.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in IT industry.

Educated to degree level (e.g. BSc, MSc, B Tech) in an IT related subject such as Computer Science or MIS.

Solid programming / development experience on RDBMS stored procedures (Oracle PL / SQL).

Familiarity with enterprise level application.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working with teams in remote location.

Ability to communicate with client and managing clients expectations.

Ability to convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
