ZALORA is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive person with an interest in fashion and operations management to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur.
This role will be part of the Marketplace Operations team, managing the business operations of high-profile brands in ZALORA Marketplace across regions.
The role involves assisting with seller performance evaluations and identifying areas for cost-saving opportunities while ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
Responsibilities : Support in the daily operations related to fulfillment and charges Coordinate with internal teams (e.g.
Commercial, Logistic, Customer Service, Tech) to resolve operational issues and streamline processes Track and evaluate seller operational performance Assist with regular reporting and performance reviews to ensure seller KPIs are being met Identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions to reduce manual tasks Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics / Business Analytics, or other related major 1-2 years working experience in a operations role within e-commerce / internet startups, manufacturing or logistics companies, or consulting firms (fresh graduates are welcomed to apply) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Have passion for operations and continuous process improvement Eager to learn, can-do attitude, comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced, dynamic environment Wonder how it's like to build your career with ZALORA?
