KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in effective delivery of all HR services to the respective business divisions in Anaika Collections and to partner with the businesses in all HR areas.
- In charge of recruitment initiatives by sourcing via multiple channels including screening resumes, shortlisting, conducting interviews, assessment and administering employment documentations.
- Responsible for the recruitment, resignation, and other staff movement reports.
- Assist in disciplinary actions, monthly disciplinary reports, including grievances and dismissals.
- Provide comprehensive HR support – communicating HR policies, facilitating line management towards higher employee engagement and to support operations and to achieve company's operational & strategic objectives.
Requirements :
Minimum a Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or other related fieldMinimum 1 year of experience / fresh graduateProficient in computer skillsAttention to detailsPossess good and effective time management skillsAble to multitask and set prioritiesHas excellent communication skill to encourage effective communication and team spirit between retail staff and management.Build and maintain good rapport with HODs, staff and external vendors.Staff to conduct themselves in a proper and professional manner in compliance with the VG Policies and ProceduresFluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
