Role Description : We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Key Account Executive (Pharmacy Chains) to support our Key Account team in managing key partners, including Guardian, KPJ, and various retail pharmacy chains. This role focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations, executing trade promotions, and maintaining strong relationships with pharmacy and wellness partners.
Responsibilities
Assist the Key Account Assistant Manager in managing assigned pharmacy and retail accounts (e.g. pharmacy chains, wellness chains, retail & department stores).
Act as the main point of contact for daily partner communications, inquiries, and follow-ups.Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth account management.Process partner purchase orders and coordinate with the Procurement Department to ensure timely stock delivery.Monitor stock levels, delivery schedules, and resolve basic order or supply-related issues.Ensure all orders and stock requests meet service level agreements (SLAs).Promotion ExecutionPrepare and submit promotional proposals, supporting documents, and product listings for pharmacy partners.
Monitor promotion sell-through and gather sell-out data for performance tracking.Compile and submit promotion performance reports to management.Partner Relationship ManagementMaintain strong and professional relationships with key pharmacy and hospital partners.
Serve as a liaison between the company and partners to ensure effective and timely communication.Assist in preparing official correspondence such as emails, reports, and meeting materials.Reporting & AnalysisPrepare sales, stock, and performance reports for assigned accounts.
Analyze sales data and highlight key trends, issues, or opportunities.Provide regular updates and feedback to the Key Account Assistant Manager.Internal Cross-CollaborationCoordinate with the Research & Innovation (R&I) Department to update product knowledge and key selling points.
Collaborate with the Sales Department for retail events and promotional activities.Liaise with the Procurement Department to ensure product stock availability.Work closely with the Account Admin Executive for internal documentation and coordination.Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.1-2 years of experience in key account, sales support, or retail operations (preferably within FMCG or healthcare industry).Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills.Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to prepare and interpret sales reports.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.Willing to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Able to work at HQ office located in Section 15, Shah Alam.Open to Malaysians only#J-18808-Ljbffr
