HR & Account Assistant

About the role

IV-Consult Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled HR & Account Assistant to join our team in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. This full-time position will see you providing essential HR and accounting support to our growing business.

What you'll be doing

• HR Duties : Assisting with HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR databases
• Providing administrative support for payroll, benefits, and leave management
• Handle staff attendance and HR documentation in compliance with company policy and labour laws
• Accounting Duties : Assist in managing accounts payable
• Prepare and process payment vouchers, claims and etc
• Handle E-invoicing
• Perform monthly reconciliations and financial record-keeping
• Assist with month-end closing and audit preparation
