Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager at Hotel Casuarina @ Meru, Ipoh. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and handling guest complaints and emergencies. Responsibilities also include staff supervision, coordinating with different departments, managing room allocations, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management and customer service
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate staff
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Experience in using hotel management software is a plus
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
