4,000 - 6,500 MYR + Commission

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Engineer who can manage multiple sites independently, coordinate well with teams, and deliver quality results under pressure. Candidates with strong site management and technical skills are preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3 years in related fields preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

JOB DESCRIPTION

Supervise and manage site activities and daily progress

Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, schedules, and safety requirements

Liaise with project team members, contractors, and consultants to coordinate site matters

Monitor and document work progress, site photos, reports, and daily records

Assist in site planning, manpower and material allocation

Conduct quality checks and inspections on completed works

Attend site meetings and resolve technical / site issues promptly

Assist and handle any other tasks assigned by the Management

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent

Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel & Word

Able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Malay

Independent, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to learn

Able to work 6 days a week and handle pressure

Possess own transport and willing to travel to site
