As a Software Engineer in Support, you will work in a global, collaborative, agile work environment; you will be responsible for ServiceNow ticket support, troubleshooting and modifying our Enterprise E-commerce applications. As a Software Engineer in the DevOps and Support Team, you provide support for our Enterprise E-commerce applications through ServiceNow tickets, troubleshooting and configuring various applications, application development, and thought leadership in a highly agile team environment. You manage the backlog of tickets to resolve incidents and respond to support / access requests. You manage SLA (service level agreements) and ensure value creation for our customers and our organization. You provide support to a portfolio of initiatives and roll out of new projects across markets and business units, when necessary. You work in close collaboration with the quality assurance team, development team, DevOps team, and other stakeholders. You create documentation of processes and case studies to create a knowledge base. You maintain high standards of assisting teammates and the organization with knowledge sharing. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Previous exposure to technologies such as Java, Spring, GraphQL, Angular, NodeJS, Cloud, Git, Kubernetes and Docker. Good communication skills in English, an agile mindset, and excellent problem‑solving skills. Why should you apply?
