Organize and maintain board game pieces, ensuring games are complete and in good condition. Monitor game sessions and provide assistance when needed. Host and moderate game tournaments, challenges, and special events. Promote membership programs, game nights, or upcoming events to guests. Provide recommendations for new or popular games. Keep gaming areas clean and organized. Ensure game consoles, controllers, and accessories are in good working condition. Report any damaged equipment or missing game components to management.
Job Summary :
The Game Host is responsible for creating an engaging and enjoyable gaming experience for guests by facilitating console and board game sessions. They will assist players, explain rules, provide recommendations, and maintain a fun, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities : Customer Engagement & Hosting
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assist players in selecting suitable console games and board games based on preferences.
- Explain game rules, objectives, and mechanics clearly to both beginners and experienced players.
- Encourage social interaction and friendly competition among guests.
- Ensure players are following the rules and maintaining a positive gaming atmosphere.
