Responsibilities
Responsible for the design, selection, programming, debugging, and continuous optimization of factory automation production lines, test equipment, and logistics systems;
Independently complete program development, integration, and troubleshooting for PLCs (Siemens / Omron / Mitsubishi, etc.), HMIs, robotics, vision systems, and servo motion control systems;
Lead the preparation and version management of electrical schematics, pneumatic diagrams, bill of materials (BOMs), I / O lists, and functional specifications for automation projects;
Collaborate with production, technology, quality, and IT teams to complete equipment design, function, and performance management (DFMEAs), production line performance, and cycle time analysis, as well as efficiency improvements;
Develop and deploy MES / SCADA interfaces to enable real‑time equipment data collection, traceability, visualization, and remote operation and maintenance;
Develop equipment maintenance manuals, inspection checklists, and spare parts lists, and train production / maintenance personnel to reduce mean‑to‑return (MTTR) and improve mean‑to‑time‑to‑market (MTBF);
Track new technologies such as Industry 4.0, IIoT, digital twins, and edge computing, and promote the intelligent upgrade and transformation of existing production lines;
Strictly implement safety, environmental protection, explosion‑proof, CE / UL, and other standards to ensure projects pass internal and external audits.
Manage external automation suppliers and integrators to control project schedules, costs, quality, and risks.
Produce documentation, technical specifications, and best practices to contribute to the company's automation knowledge base.
Undertake other role & responsibilities that are assigned by the company and immediate superior from time to time until full closure.
