The PITCH

We are creators, creative industry rogues, and SuperBowl stars. We are not just on the internet; we are creating the stuff the internet wants to see. So, we need more folks just like us, the unconventional, less-obvious, unseasoned ( or over seasoned ) creative pros. But above all - passionate makers and culture shakers.

Want in? We love subversive artists, obsessive makers, dedicated creators and we don’t care if you're a baby fresh to the workforce or working on your third act. What’s your hustle? Documentarian? DJ? Sports junkie? Fashionista? Blogger? Vlogger? Retired logger? Are you an Insta-feind? An unabashed Tik Tokker or Youtuber? Or both? We’re down with all of that. Just as long as you love making content and are really good at it.

This is a full-time role based in Malaysia with a reporting role to the Country Manager in Malaysia.

Who You Are

You’re not just a creative thinker—you’re a creator. Your portfolio isn’t a PDF; it’s living and breathing on social. You’ve built audiences, driven engagement, and turned cultural insights into breakthrough creative work. If your social handles can win you an interview, you’re already one foot in.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, Make, Repeat : You’re not just here to direct; you’re in the trenches, making daily. You lead by getting your hands dirty—concepting, writing, designing, and even editing when needed. You move fast, iterate, and set the creative pace for the team.
• Editor-in-Chief Mindset : You understand people, what they care about, and what’s happening in the culture of beauty and lifestyle. You don’t just follow trends—you predict, shape, and react to them in real time.
• Social Performance Obsessed : You don’t just make creative—you study how it performs, why it works (or doesn’t), and turn those insights into sharper, more effective ideas.
• Culture-First, Not Ad-First : You know that most times, the best work isn’t an ad. It’s a conversation, a movement, or a moment people actually care about. You have the instinct to create things that feel native, human, and worth engaging with.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with strategy, media, and production teams to ensure ideas don’t just look good, but work.
• Pitch & Present : Sell ideas to clients with confidence, backed by cultural insights and platform knowledge.
