Design, implement, and optimize HR systems and processes that are both compliant with local laws and consistent with global corporate standards. Talent Acquisition and Management : Co-lead the end-to-end recruitment process for key positions, working closely with business leaders to build a robust talent pipeline. Develop and execute localized HR plans to support business growth and ensure a strong succession plan for our retail teams. Compensation and Benefits : Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits frameworks for overseas employees, conducting regular market research to ensure fair and equitable pay while adhering to company policies. Performance and Development : Establish and implement a robust performance management system, guiding managers in setting goals, tracking progress, and providing constructive feedback to enhance overall team performance. Organize and lead training and development initiatives to build the skills and capabilities of our employees. Employee Relations and Compliance : Manage all aspects of employee relations, including contract management, communication, and conflict resolution. Ensure full compliance with labor laws, social security policies, and employment regulations in all operating countries. Reporting and Collaboration : Provide regular updates and strategic reports to headquarters on key HR metrics such as workforce structure, compensation data, and performance results to support organizational decision-making. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates with a background of studying in overseas or holding relevant HR professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP / SCP) are highly preferred. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a regional or overseas HR management role, preferably within a multinational enterprise or the retail industry. In-depth knowledge of all HR modules. Familiarity with labor laws, social security policies, and HR practices in multiple countries. Strong compliance management capabilities. Exceptional communication, coordination, and cross-cultural team management skills. Proven problem-solving abilities and strong project execution skills. Proficient in Office software and HR management systems. A strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and ethical conduct. High stress tolerance and adaptability to frequent overseas travel or long-term assignments. Professional development HR Management : 5 years (Required) Mandarin (Required) Certification in HR (SHRM-CP / SCP) (Preferred)

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions across our overseas retail operations.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, hands-on leader who can balance global HR standards with local market needs.
This position requires overseas travel to various retail locations and a high degree of adaptability.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM. Occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate different time zones and business needs.
