Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Admin at Neutrovis located in Petaling Jaya. The Sales Admin will be responsible for communication with customers, providing administrative assistance, handling customer service queries, and supporting finance-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
• Experience with Excel is a must
• Basic knowledge of FMCG business is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Added advantage for candidates who has experience in dealing with Mandarin based customers
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
