Production Engineer

Salary : 3,000.00 (MYR) - 4,500.00 (MYR) per month

Job description :

This role will require the engineer to define and work out how the product will be manufactured and / or assembled on the production line including design of packaging, ensuring the right quantity of components / products are delivered and aligned to support the speed of the production line.

Job summary

• Oversee the end-to-end production process for our electrical finished goods.
• Responsible for the supply chain logistics, raw material procurement, and hands‑on production management.
• Should be able combine technical electrical expertise with strong supply chain coordination to ensure manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate procurement, work closely with purchasing to coordinate the procurement of all raw materials and electrical components. This includes reviewing material requirements and confirming supplier timelines to ensure continuous production.
• Assembly assistance : Provide hands‑on engineering support and technical guidance to assembly technicians on the manufacturing floor, with a focus on electrical finished goods.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve technical and process issues during the electrical assembly process to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
• Manage output plan : Oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly production output plan to ensure that production targets and customer delivery schedules are met.
• Supervise technicians : Manage a team of assembly technicians, providing supervision, training, and performance coaching to maximize productivity and maintain high standards.
