We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable consultant to assist international clients with both the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) visa application and business establishment in Malaysia. This dual-role position involves guiding clients through immigration procedures and providing strategic support for setting up companies, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
MM2H Consultancy :
- Conduct eligibility assessments and consultations for MM2H applicants.
- Guide clients through document preparation, submission, and follow-up with MOTAC.
- Assist with relocation logistics including banking, housing, schooling, and healthcare.
- Stay updated on MM2H policy changes and communicate implications to clients.
- Prepare fee proposals and collect payments.
Business Setup Advisory :
Advise clients on suitable business structures based on their goals.Assist with company registration through SSM (Companies Commission of Malaysia).Coordinate licensing, and bank account opening.Liaise with company secretarial team to ensure smooth setup.Prepare fee proposals, collect payment and collect information for due diligence procedure.Client Relationship & Support :
