Sales & Business Development Executive (Start ASAP)

We are looking for ambitious, high-energy fresh graduates to join our sales team. This is not a typical sales job. We are building our next generation of commercial leaders.

You will start by learning the art and science of consultative sales under the direct mentorship of our Director of Sales. Your mission will be to convert warm leads into new business and hunt for new clients. As you master these skills, you will immerse yourself in our solutions to become a true subject matter expert and a trusted advisor to senior clients.

What You'll Do :

• Manage the Funnel : Take ownership of warm leads generated from our marketing events and previews and skillfully guide them through our sales process from initial discussion to a closed deal.
• Hunt for New Business : Proactively research the market, identify potential new clients, and engage them through strategic outreach.
• Conduct Discovery : Lead discovery calls with potential clients to deeply understand their challenges and qualify them as a good fit for our solutions.
• Develop Proposals : Work with our senior team to craft compelling proposals that directly address client needs.
• Own Your Accounts : Once you win a new client, that relationship is yours. You will be responsible for nurturing that account, ensuring their success, and identifying opportunities for growth and repeat business.
