This role is open only to local Malaysians and expats currently based in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions on the Dynamics 365 CRM platform, ensuring scalability and adherence to best practices
- Analyze client requirements to design and implement complex CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Develop and configure CRM modules, entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, plugins, business rules, and integrations
- Maintain and optimize integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other business systems
- Define and enforce security models and access control strategies aligned with data privacy standards
- Ensure high performance, quality, and scalability of CRM applications
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and project managers to ensure solution alignment with business needs
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve CRM system issues to maintain uptime and reliability
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members
- Prepare documentation, training, and user support for implemented solutions
- Oversee deployment lifecycle and version upgrades for production environments
- Stay updated on new features, trends, and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
Requirements
Must-have :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldMinimum 8 years of relevant experience in Dynamics CRM development and architectureStrong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service business processesExpertise in Dynamics 365 CRM entities, workflows, dashboards, plugins, and integrationsProficient in Power Apps, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, and REST APIsKnowledge of on-premises and cloud architecture and deployment processes.Nice-to-have
