Miraco Healthcare is a fast-growing healthcare company focused on bringing innovative and high-quality health supplements and pharmaceuticals to consumers and healthcare professionals. With flagship products such as Ginflex and upcoming new brand launches, we are expanding our footprint across Malaysia’s healthcare and retail channels to advocate health and improve more lives.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by promoting our portfolio of health supplements to healthcare professionals, pharmacies & clinics while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will be results‑driven, customer‑focused and will have a passion for healthcare and sales, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying and targeting potential clients (pharmacies, clinics and healthcare providers).
  • Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets, and provide regular updates and reports to management on progress.
  • Present and promote our portfolio of prescription drugs and health supplements to healthcare professionals, ensuring they understand the benefits and value of our products.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with our clients, including doctors, pharmacists and healthcare partners while delivering exceptional service; offer ongoing support and follow‑up to ensure customer growth and retention.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry activities and customer needs to effectively position and maximize our products in the market.
  • Plan, organise and execute events and manage partnerships to drive business growth and enhance market positioning.
  • Collaborate with marketing, regulatory and product teams to ensure alignment of product messaging and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3‑5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, supplement or healthcare sales.
  • Strong network and understanding of the retail pharmacy and private healthcare landscape in Malaysia.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging different stakeholders with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule and stay motivated to achieve targets.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
