Job description

Provide medical consultation and healthcare advice to all the customers.

Managing staff schedule and outlet operation according to standards and procedure of the company.

Providing guidance and promote health and beauty products based on needs.

Always keep up to date on the market trend and lead and inspire your team to achieve the goals.

Provide excellent service and maintain good relationship with all customers.

Recommending suitable health supplements and provide relevant health advice according to individual needs.

Ensure stock visibility and products display.

Assist in day-to-day operations of the store

Ensure optimal level for dispensary stock levels.

Managing good poison recording and scheduled poison-related issues

Any other task as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.

Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.

Able to work in a retail environment.

Pleasant personality with good character of professionalism.

Good communication, interpersonal and working skills.

Able to interact well with all levels of people and management.

Enthusiastic, informative and passionate in pharmacy profession.

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
