Job Overview
Coordinate closely with IKA PIC to track and monitor progress of campaigns, ensuring brand building strategies and product assessment to achieve awareness and gain market share.
Maintain and develop good professional relationships with trade customers.
Plan, coordinate and implement marketing / trade events, promotions and trade offers for IKA, LKA and other customers for the year.
Manage the trade marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
Analyse market and consumer data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions, providing post‑mortem analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Conduct periodic surveys on distribution, placement, pricing and competitors' activities via monthly stock checks or retail audits.
Highlight and share promotional trends, initiatives and competitor actions by category, sub‑category, priority channels and strategic customers.
Develop and build reporting (store audit) and other analytical data, market intelligence, trade information, market research and competitor analysis to assist management in making better decisions and strategizing programs for business growth.
