About the Role

We are seeking a bold, creative, and results-driven Head of Marketing to spearhead our client’s expansion, amplify their brand, and drive high-impact strategies that fuel business growth. This senior leadership position is at the forefront of innovation, blending growth marketing, performance analytics, and product strategy to attract, convert, and retain customers at scale.

The successful candidate will own the entire marketing strategy, craft compelling Go-to-Market initiatives, engineer demand, and collaborate closely with executive leadership to shape the ultimate customer experience. This role requires a strong leader with a proven ability to mentor a team, execute with precision, and transform big ideas into measurable, analytical growth.

Key Responsibilities

I. Customer Growth & Channel Optimization

  • Spearhead full-funnel growth marketing initiatives aimed at boosting brand presence, generating qualified leads, and driving customer acquisition across diverse digital and offline channels.
  • Oversee performance marketing campaigns using A / B testing, conversion rate optimization, CRM strategies, and marketing automation to deliver measurable ROI.
  • Optimize digital platforms including SEO, paid search, email, and social media to improve brand reach and increase lead‑to‑customer conversion rates.
  • Discover and assess untapped markets and customer segments through robust data analysis, market trends, and competitive research.
  • Forge strategic alliances and launch co‑branded marketing efforts with key stakeholders in real estate and business ecosystems.

II. Product Innovation & Competitive Intelligence

  • Gather and analyze market intelligence, user feedback, and competitor data to support product innovation and strategic positioning.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Operations teams to enhance existing offerings and design new coworking solutions tailored to shifting customer demands.
  • Craft compelling Go-to-Market (GTM) plans and positioning strategies for new launches, ensuring smooth execution across departments.
  • Define and track key product performance indicators, leveraging insights to guide ongoing refinement and innovation.
  • III. Strategic Leadership & Brand Messaging

  • Lead and grow a team of 3–5 marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and continuous learning.
  • Align cross-functional efforts between Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure cohesive execution of growth and product strategies.
  • Present actionable, insight-rich reports to senior leadership, offering strategic direction supported by data and market understanding.
  • Manage external communications, brand messaging, and media relations to ensure brand consistency and resonance with target audiences.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ hands‑on experience in growth-focused, performance-driven marketing roles, ideally within fast-paced or startup environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related discipline.
  • Solid background in high-growth companies with a proven ability to lead and scale teams of 3–5 marketers.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of Product Marketing and Product-Led Growth (PLG) principles, and experience influencing product roadmaps.
  • Innovative and resourceful, with a “growth hacker” mindset and a knack for finding creative ways to scale campaigns efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal — a collaborative leader and brand ambassador.
  • Industry experience in coworking, commercial real estate, or SaaS is a significant advantage.
