Overview

Enterprise Business Integration (EBI) is providing the B2B solution across the Jabil organization which enables businesses to move data within or between organizations in a structured and secure format without manual intervention. Our team implement and manage our customer and supply chain business needs using a variety of communications, translation, and value-added networking services to connect Jabil with our trading partners.

What you’ll Do

• Maintain & support existing Integration business system applications. Sterling SI, Axway B2Bi and all associated support systems.
• Ensure 100% adherence to all company policies and procedures (i.e. Health, Safety and Quality).
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to data and proprietary information, whether internal to Jabil or customer specific.
• Document application processes and procedures.
• Effective and efficient workload management. Good email management skills. Prompt meeting attendance.
• Work with Audit teams and adhere to compliance procedures.
• Respond to and participate in on-call support and scheduled maintenance activities.
