ABOUT THE JOB

Report to Industrial Office - Every Mon to Fri, 9-6 pm. Responsible for generating leads, making telesales over the phone. Familiar with the use of ERP System, product knowledge for Printers & Supplies, Computer & Peripherals, Network Services & Accessories, I.T. Industry.

YOUR ROLE

• Good communications skills
• Serve as Account Manager to Corporate Customers
• Request & prepare business processes including quotations & tender submission for new project
• Manage customers' credit status & sales orders, customer services & support and ensure schedule delivery on time after sales

Upgrade and adhere to SOPs to maintain ERP data integrity & operation efficiency.
